No returns can be made on FINAL SALE items. Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail to email@example.com provide sales invoice number and a return tracking number. You will get a Return Sales number by return.
Use your own shipping method: Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Write Return Sales number on a piece of A4 paper and ship along with the goods. If you use a carrier of your choice, we recommend that returns be shipped by an insured and traceable method.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply the order number, item number, photo of defect products and return reason from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.
If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately email@example.com. Please have your order number available when you send email.
