1. On special holidays or during a promotion, the order processing speed may be affected, your understanding is appreciated.

2. The above shipping times are estimates only. We do our very best to adhere to these timelines and do not accept responsibility should delivery fall outside of these estimates.

Remarks

1. After order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to conveniently track the status of the parcel.

2. Shoes are shipped in a plastic bag (no shoe box). This enables us to provide you with an economical shipping charge.

3. We insure each order during the time of transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, (for example: a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them as evidence of delivery and fulfilment by CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

4. Alternatively if CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM is advised to leave the parcel at unattended premises and no signature is received this also constitutes a transfer of responsibility.

5. We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE SHIPPING at any time.

6. In order to keep our shipping and handling rates low, we reserve the right to combine shipments, choose the delivery carrier and method of shipping at our own discretion/

Note on custom tax and duties

Orders within the United States will be charged accordingly any Duties and Taxes stipulated by the State the purchase was made. These charges will be applied upon purchasing the goods. Any customs or import duties outside the United States are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns & Exchange

CGEAR-SANDFREE Return Policy:

We take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund. CGEAR-SANDFREE returns will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. The item must be returned in original, unused condition, in original package, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.No returns can be made on FINAL SALE items. Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.

How to Return an Item:

If you wish to return an item, please e-mail to cs@mdreams.com and provide sales invoice number and a return tracking number. You will get a Return Sales number by return. Standard Return Shipping. Use your own shipping method: Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Write Return Sales number on a piece of A4 paper and ship along with the goods.
If you use a carrier of your choice, we recommend that returns be shipped by an insured and traceable method.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at cs@mdreams.com. Please supply the order number, item number, photo of defect products and return reason from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately cs@mdreams.com. Please have your order number available when you send email. Once we receive the goods, we will email you notification of your refund or exchange. We will process your request as fast as we can. Guaranteed!

Ordering & Payment Method

All prices are in US dollars. The following credit cards / payment method are accepted: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, PAYPAL, GOOGLEPAY, APPLEPAY. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties or other custom charges that may be incurred and are beyond our control. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorize payment to ventolation.com we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take all reasonable care to make our site secure.
