How Will My Order Ship?
Your order means a lot to us. We’re committed to fast, safe, and reliable delivery. Orders typically ship Monday–Friday, and we automatically select the fastest and most reliable carrier for your location.
Carriers: UPS and select regional carriers. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- USA (Continental): Free shipping on orders over $49.99. Flat-rate $15 shipping for orders under $49.99.
- Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska: Flat-rate $50 shipping.
Free shipping applies only within the continental U.S. CGEAR reserves the right to modify this offer at any time.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact CS@CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM to find out if there’s a CGEAR retailer near you.
Order Terms & Conditions
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Orders are insured during transit until delivered to your specified address.
- Signature required: Once signed for, responsibility passes to you (or your designated recipient).
- If delivered to an unattended address without signature, courier confirmation still constitutes proof of delivery.
- Orders shown as “Delivered” in courier tracking are not eligible for refund on the basis of non-receipt.
- To keep shipping competitive, we may combine shipments, and we reserve the right to choose the delivery carrier and service at our discretion.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
- United States: State taxes/duties are applied at checkout where applicable.
- Outside the U.S.: Customs and import duties (if any) are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Rates vary—please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and paperwork.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees ($15 or $50.00) are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
- Find your Order Number (format: SHO-XXXXX).
- Include a note in the parcel with your SHO-XXXXX order number.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Email CS@CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM with your order number and the return tracking number.

Please prepay postage and use an insured, trackable method (e.g., UPS or Insured Parcel Post). Refunds are issued once the product is received and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the item per the steps above and place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at CS@CGEAR-SANDFREE.COM and include:
- Order Number (SHO-XXXXX)
- Item name/number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Short description of the problem
Once confirmed, we’ll ship a replacement promptly. If we require the defective item back, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Please include your order number on the RA and hand the item to the courier when your replacement arrives.
Ordering & Payment Methods
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Accepted payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
- All transactions are subject to authorization by your card issuer. If authorization is declined, CGEAR isn’t responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery.
Amend or Cancel an Order
- Changes or cancellations are possible only if the order hasn’t shipped.
- If already shipped, please follow the Return Policy for a refund.
