Gentle activities like birdwatching, walks along the beach, even skipping pebbles across a slow-moving stream, Or just sitting and enjoying the silence in a forest are recommended exercises for your health.
Exercises such as Hiking, swimming, cycling are great activities to get you outdoors but you do not necessarily have to do anything too strenuous to enjoy the health benefits.
Simply being outside and absorbing in the surroundings are all you need for some easy self care, non-traditional and subtle treatments for body and mind.
